For several years now mdh alongside Qmed has been cooperating with Łódź-based rugby club. The foundation and beginnings of the first joint-stock company in the history of Polish rugby is associated with a number of important events and dates:•    3 December 2010 – signature of a notarial deed of Budowlani SA

• 1 February 2011 – General Meeting’s decision to incorporate the team into the company
• 22 February 2011 – signature of a contract between KS Budowlani and Budowlani SA
• 2 March 2011 – entry into the National Court Register as Budowlani SA
• 7 December 2012 – KS Budowlani’s letter and vacation of the complex in Górnicza Street
• 22 July 2014 – settlement of the dispute between KS Budowlani and Budowlani SA
• 16 December 2014 – amendment of the entry into the National Court Register with respect to the name: Budowlani Rugby SA

The foundation of this autonomous organisational unit, whose aim was to take over the team, was required to meet the expectations of sponsors. It was supposed to be an advanced solution satisfactory to the players. At the end of 2014 the new name of the company, with the distinguishing Rugby element proposed by shareholders, was registered in the National Court Register.
